I have to admit, that part of the fun of being a writer, is picking the yummy guys to go on the cover. Yes, it’s a dirty job, but someone has to do it! POOR, POOR ME! I know. But in all seriousness, I do take the cover very seriously. I also listen closely to what readers say–their seemingly casual comments can provide valuable insights.
FATE BOOK, for example. Many readers commented that they were sure the book would turn into a Paranormal. Obviously, the book is a New Adult, Contemporary/Suspense. So that was a great cue to switch up the cover! BONUS for me…I still get the keep the old hottie on the print version (under my pillow, where he belongs, of course).
Right now, my publisher is working on the final cover for my final book of the Accidentally Yours series, coming in April 2014. I am suffering horribly as they send me cover models to choose from. (WINK) So many abs, SO LITTLE TIME!

HAPPY ABS!
MIMI
I still like the other cover but this one is nice too.
Was recommended “Fate” by Amazon. Loved it, squared! I am taking a class on humor from Passionateink and you, my dear should be a guest commentator! Your use of humorous elements to tell s story are wonderful. I am posting a recommendation for “Fate” to my classmates today!
I love your paranormal writing, but Fate is something else. As usual you had me laughing out loud and the suspense was killing me. You write magically. I don’t know how you do it, but please don’t stop. Even if you can’t type anymore, get someone to do it for you then if you are 200 years old like your characters. I just have to have my “Mimi” books, to take away the world outside.
